During early 2007, I started working in collaboration with a young lady (Patti Paulson) to produce a power point presentaton and later a video that told the story of the origin of Alzheimer’s as well as explaining the symptoms of the disease. At the same time we tried to put a face on the disease by way of a series of photographs of noted personalities who were victims of this terrible disease. We named the presentation "About Alzheimer's." While I provided most of the research and data, the concept and the idea was Ms. Paulson’s. She also had the expertise and the know how to produce our first power point presentation and the later video. The series of Power Point presentations (5) eventually evolved into a video. Because the video  has since become outdated, I have discontinued it. I have replaced the old video with a current Power Point Presentation. It is my intention to update the Power Point Presentation each year as new statistical data and information on Alzheimer's becomes available. This current edition of the Power Point Presentation that is offered here for download is the 8th edition. (August 2010)
